I make this pie every year.
Our neighborhood had a block party. The kids and I decorated the wagon. We couldn't have asked for more beautiful weather: low 70s. Sure beats the near 100 temps we had in Austin last year!
Do I have to say that my kids love ribs?
We had to bundle for the fireworks.

Just so you know, it was 109* when I got in the car and read the temp this weekend. That's not the official temp, but I'm willing to bet my car was a little more acurate than the airport reading! (UGH - IT'S MISERABLE!)
